Here is what you can do to help . . .
BRING THESE ITEMS WITH YOU:
- YOUR RV! OK, maybe this one is obvious, but we like to always start with the basics . . . :-) . . . we can't it if it is not here
- YOUR ORIGINAL SIGNED TITLE (if paid off) or LIEN HOLDER INFO (if not paid off) - We will need the name of the bank, address, loan number and bank phone number to get payoff information
- RV must have CURRENT INSPECTION and CURRENT REGISTRATION STICKERS - we can help you get a current inspection sticker, if needed
PREPARING YOUR RV FOR SALE:
- EMPTY AND FLUSH all holding tanks and water tanks in your RV
- PURGE your RV plumbing and water heater of all fluids
- REMOVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS such as, dishes, clothes, food, cleaning supplies, etc.
- FILL THE FUEL AND PROPANE TANKS prior to your arrival. This will allow us to properly demonstrate your RV to prospective buyers. It will also allow us to start the engine and generator (where applicable) to keep the RV in good condition until it sells
