The policies below have been put into place to be fair to all our renters and to make sure that when you book an RV with American Dream Vacations we are able to properly prepare it for you. Please read the items below carefully and ask any questions prior to your departure.

RENTAL RATE DISCLOSURE
All rental rates posted on the above Powerlinks pages are based on a 3-day rental

1 & 2 Day Rental Surcharges:

1-Day rentals . . . a 50% surcharge

2-Day rentals . . . a 25% surcharge

RENTAL DISCOUNTS:

Rent for 6 days and get the 7th day free!

Note: Additional discounts available on monthly rentals or longer

NO SMOKING EVER ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT

PETS ARE WELCOME!

INSURANCE

Motor Homes:

Your motor home rental includes the state required liability coverage and coverage for vehicle-to-vehicle collission ($2,000 deductible).

You may opt to reduce the deductible amount to $1,000 with our CDR coverage for an additional $12/day. Vehicle-to-vehicle coverage does not include collissions with non-vehicles (i.e. trees, brush, walls, pylons, overhangs, etc.)

Towables:

Typically, coverage is provided on the towable unit by the insurance company covering the tow vehicle. American Dream Vacations does not offer insurance on towables.

We highly recommend verifying coverage with your automobile insurance carrier or better yet, purchasing an actual policy for the rental vehicle from a local carrier, such as Allstate, Farmers, State Farm, Progressive, etc.

DELIVERY & PICKUP AVAILABLE

We can deliver to and/or pick up the RV from your home or camp site (call for current rates)

DEPOSITS (HOLD / DAMAGE)

All hold deposit funds are immediately deposited into our account and held towards the damage deposit during your rental.

Damage Deposits will be held for at least 10 business days after your return to properly verify condition of RV.

Hold / Damage Deposit Amounts:

Popups, Travel Trailers & 5th Wheels . . . $250 (Hold & Damage)

Motor Homes . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $500 (Hold & Damage)

CANCELLATION FEES

$100 . . . If cancelled within 31-90 days before your scheduled departure

$200 . . . If cancelled within 3-30 days before your scheduled departure

100% . . . If cancelled within 2 days of your scheduled departure

PICKUP & RETURN TIMES

Pick Up Times

RVs are scheduled to be picked up between the hours of 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Earlier pickup times may be accomodated as a courtesy only. Please call at least 48 hours prior to departure to confirm unit will be available for earlier pickup time. A late pickup charge of at least $50 will apply for pickups requested after 5:00 PM.

Return Times

RVs are scheduled to be returned no later than 11:00 AM. All renters must call prior to 11:00 AM to get an authorization code for a late return, otherwise a $25 per hour late charge WILL apply. Late returns are accomodated as a courtesy only. Our goal is to make sure the next renter has a properly prepared and clean RV. Please keep this in mind when planning your return trip. Lost rental income due to late returns will be your responsibility, in addition to late fees.

MILEAGE POLICY (MOTOR HOMES ONLY)
Rent for 1-6 Days and get . . . 100 miles per day for free

Rent for 7+ days and get . . . 150 miles per day for free (or 1,050 free miles/week)

After the free miles . . . additional miles charged at just $.35 per mile

CONVENIENCE OPTIONS

Cleaning Packages:

If you return the RV cleaned on the exterior and interior and with the holding tanks dumped and flushed, ready to go back out again, then no additional charges will apply. For your convenience, we have priced some pre-paid cleaning/dumping packages that may be purchased PRIOR to your departure. Please note cleaning and dumping fees not prepaid are significantly higher than pre-paid packages.

Prepaid Cleaning (prior to your departure):

RVs Up To 35' Long . . . Prepaid = $79 (Not Prepaid = $125)

RV 35' and Up . . . Prepaid = $109 (Not Prepaid = $175)

Prepaid Dumping (prior to your departure):

Black & Gray Tanks Dumped & Flushed = $25 (Not Prepaid = $75)

Insurance Options (prior to your departure ONLY):

Tire Road Hazard Coverage . . . $5/day

CDR Coverage (Motor Homes Only)

- offers a maximum Out-of-Pocket of $1,000 for vehicle to vehicle Collision . . . $12/day

Miscellaneous Options:

Kitchen Kit (cups, pans, plates total service for 4) . . . $35 flat rate/rental

Linen Kit (sheets, pillow, blanket & towels) . . . $20 flat rate/person/rental

Bicycle Rack (Holds up to 4 bikes) . . . $45 flat rate/rental

Generator Charges (Unlimited Use):

Onboard Generator Use (if applicable) . . . $8/day

Portable 5500 KW Gas Generator . . . $50/day

NON U.S. / FOREIGN RESIDENTS

Although foreign residents pay the same rental rates, they are required to pay an additional $500 refundable damage deposit, prior to departure. This is in addition to the regular deposit.
